As a skilled medical writer with years of publication planning to her credit, Katie started her career as a clinical pharmacy specialist at the Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she developed a strong clinical foundation and deep empathy for patients. She now has nearly 30 years of experience in strategic publication planning and content development of abstracts, posters, oral presentations, primary manuscripts, review articles, and CME and patient education materials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. She is an independent advisor to TellMed.

Katie earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degrees from Rutgers University’s Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and completed a Specialized Residency in Primary Care Practice at NationalInstitutes of Health (NIH).
