Petra is a science communicator with a background in neuroscience and a talent for translating complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible messages. As an Account Manager, she supports client strategy, account management and media relations while developing long- and short-form social media content, press materials and other communications tools for several TellMed clients, including vTv Therapeutics and Lantheus. Before joining TellMed, Petra conducted neuroscience research at the BU CTE Center/VA Hospital and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and contributed to research published in Nature . She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in kinesiology and psychology and pursued doctoral research in movement neuroscience before transitioning to science communications.
