Her career started at D’Arcy Macius Benton & Bowles (now MediaVest) in media buying. She has also worked at Wyndham Worldwide where she was responsible for employee communications and events, and held communications roles at Live With Regis & Kathie Lee and The Sally Jessy Raphael Show.     Social Media Specialist/Account Manager

    Having cared for patients as a hospital therapist and supervisor, Caitlin brings a valuable communications perspective to TellMed. After working at Spaulding Rehabilitation Center, she managed a home healthcare company with locations in NY and RI, giving her the opportunity to oversee sales and marketing initiatives, including social media. This led her to pursue a focus in these areas. She has developed a strong expertise in managing broad communications and social media efforts, and clients including EMD Serono and Sage have benefited from her abilities. Caitlin holds a bachelor of science degree from the College of Our Lady of the Elms where her coursework included anatomy, microbiology, nutrition, and human growth and development. Rachael has driven communication campaigns for patient assistance and national medication adherence programs, as well as internal communications and employee engagement strategies. The brands and portfolios she has supported include Tylenol, Mucinex, diabetes for both BI/Lilly and Sanofi, cardiology for AstraZeneca, and oncology for Novartis, Bayer, and Sanofi, among others.
